Reservations: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance at least 30 days before the tour day.

Cancellation: Any money paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses total loss of 75%.

Transportation: Saloon Cars, Minibuses, Land Rovers, or Coaches will be provided depending on the route and number of clients. The Company reserves the right to employ the services of subcontractors. Change of itinerary due to road or weather conditions. Alleged inferior or inadequate services or transportation, vehicles or guides / drivers.

Rates: Include all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as per itinerary, meals on safari, entrance fees to National Parks and Ame Reserves(unless where specified otherwise).

Accommodation: Based on two persons sharing a twin room. Where possible rooms with private bath are offered. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but are not guaranteed. Hotel/Lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar Hotel/Lodges.

Alteration to Tours: The Company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheldule tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.

Change of Prices: Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Liability: The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours and transport and shall not be held liable for injury, delays, loss, damage baggage or property in any manner. The company's liability to carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya only. All claims are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kenya. The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services to be rendered. Damages directly or indirectly arising out of delay in departure or arrivals including delays occasioning missing, road, rail, ship or air craft connection.
