7 Days - Mt. Kenya / Samburu / Nakuru / Masai Mara
Day
1 - Nairobi/Mt. Kenya
Depart Nairobi at 8:30 a.m., drive north through
farmlands of the Kikuyu people. Lunch en route. The afternoon is free
to enjoy optional activities such as fishing, swimming, the Mau Mau caves
history, etc.
After breakfast continue Northwards to Samburu Game Reserve arriving at the campsite/lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive viewing in search of Northern species of game not seen south of the equator, i.e. reticulated giraffe, grevy zebra and Somali ostrich. Meals and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 3 - Samburu

Day 4 - Samburu/Lake Nakuru
Departure after early breakfast and drive past the northern tip of the Aberdare Mountains to the Great Rift Valley at Lake Nakuru. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing at the famous park. A richness in bird life and different animals in this beautiful reserve. Meals and overnight at the lodge/hotels.
Day 6 - Masai Mara
6:30 a.m. game drive and afternoon game drive with
optional visit to the Masai Village.
Day 7 - Masai Mara
Early morning game drive before breakfast. Arrive
at the camp for breakfast and the depart for Nairobi. Lunch en route arriving.
Nairobi in the afternoon.
