5 Days-Masai Mara/ Lake Nakuru, Borgoria and the Baringo

Day 1-Nairobi/ Masai Mara

Depart Nairobi for the Masai Mara National Reserve along the dramatic Great Rift Valley. Picnic lunch and game viewing en route to camp/ lodge. At camp, dinner is served and the evening campfire provides chance to talk to fellow travelers and the local Masai.

Day 2-Masai Mara

After breakfast depart for a full day of game viewing inside the reserve. Back at camp, dinner is served and the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy.

Day 3-Masai Mara/ Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, set out for Nakuru viewing game as we leave the area. Arrive at Nakuru town in the late afternoon or early evening.
Day 4-Nakuru/ Lake Baringo

After breakfast, proceed on morning game drive to Lake Nakuru. In the afternoon, depart to the scenic Lake Baringo. The lake has many kinds of birds and aquatic life as well as crocodile and herds of hippo. The main attraction is its bird-life with over 450 different types of birds reported. Optional side trips on boats are available. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Day 5-Lake Bogoria/ Nairobi

After breakfast, depart for a short ride to Lake Bogoria. Bogoria is a shallow Soda Lake and often has concentration of flamingo (unlike Baringo) hot springs are also interesting features of the lake. Depart in the early afternoon to Nairobi.
